We are always looking for self-motivated Representatives with strong work ethics. Full Time and Part Time Positions available. You should be organized and a team player. It is vital that you display excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. You will receive full training, including: popular inbound software, outbound CRM, customer service and expectation, telephone skill and etiquette, dealing with difficult and angry clients, and more.
Administrative Assistant (Part-Time & Full Time)
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.Software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
May assist sales staff based in remote locations. Additional responsibilities may include processing expense reports, coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintaining department database records, and serving as a liaison between traveling sales representatives and staff based in the home office.
