Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming customer emails and calls and customer.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer concerns,  provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
